Gah, I'm still seriously under the weather with a really crappy cold bug. I've now moved into the "gaaaaadzooks ma face hurts" stage. Still at least I'm not sweating my proverbial balls off anymore. Just have blinding ear and face pain instead. It's like I snorted a nuke up there that proceeded to annihilate my sinuses. Fun!

I just wanted to share my pal Courtland Ellis's Kickstarter, Stabb Gunner. I've been following the development of this awesome graphic novel for a while now and the project is finally live. Check it out here for more info and a couple of preview chapters! I've jumped on board to have a copy shipped across the pond myself and I strongly encourage you to get behind it if you like what you see.

To quote from the Kickstarter page:

Stabb Gunner is the story of two wayward killers, Stabb Fisticuffs and Gunner (Just Gunner), who return to Scene City for a final showdown with mayor and crime-lord Well Dressed Man, but before they can get to him they'll have fight through the gang riddled streets while dodging Well Dressed Man’s themed Ninja hit squads. Including punk ninjas, rave ninjas and regular ninjas.

This is our take on the familiar story tropes of classic arcade beat-em-ups. Evil dudes, murdered girlfriends and ultimately revenge-fueled showdowns.
